This Scoping Study analyses seaports and multimodal corridors serving CAREC landlocked countries. The purpose is to provide sufficient background to ports and logistics developments in the region and identify areas and potential activities that will require cooperation among CAREC countries and development partners within the framework of the CAREC Program.
