Pohnpei Port Authority, Micronesia

Pohnpei (Federated States of Micronesia): Adrian made several study assignment visits (July / September 2010)  to Pohnpei in the Federated States of Micronesia, where he was engaged by the Pacific Infrastructure Advisory Centre as the lead consultant to complete a port scoping study for the port of Pohnpei FSM.
